Haute Handmade does not own artwork/property featured on this website. All credits are given to the proper Artist/Vendor. Please contact us if you have any questions/concerns about such ownership.

VENDORS

All Artists/Vendors are held to a Code of Conduct, stated below.

Simply: Be Kind To One Another.

HAUTE HNDMD POP UP MRKT expects that our community of makers will:

-Be considerate and respectful to all community members.

-Refrain from demeaning, discriminatory, or harassing behavior, materials, and speech.

-Speak up if they observe anything at an event that conflicts with this Code of Conduct. If you are being harassed or feel uncomfortable, notice that someone else is being harassed, or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the HH Crew event staff immediately.

No refunds will be given if you choose to cancel, or if event is postponed/cancelled due to inclement weather. If the event absolutely must be cancelled due to unpredictable weather, you will receive a booth fee credit at a future event.

Once the Artists/Vendors are notified of acceptance, payment forms are sent out. A response confirming the Artist’s/Vendor’s commitment to the event date and booth payment is required promptly as this holds the Artist’s/Vendor’s spot and we always have a waiting list.

By paying the Booth Fee, the Artist/Vendor agrees to sell their artwork/property that has been specified and to the terms below.

Artist/Vendor hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Haute Handmade Pop Up Market and [The Venue] against any damages or claims that may arise in connection with Artist’s/Vendor’s presence at the event and Artist’s/Vendor’s activities of any kind.
