Here’s a quick look at how HAUTE HANDMADE MARKET works — from our curated line up to what goes into each market production. We want every vendor to feel confident, informed, and excited before each event!

Our Curation Process

Haute Handmade Pop Up Market is a juried market — we carefully review each application for quality, originality, and style. To ensure every vendor has a chance to shine, we aim to avoid too much product overlap or oversaturation in any one category of products/services.

Some events, especially our cozier hometown venues, have limited space which impact how many vendors we can accept. Thank you for understanding this as we thoughtfully review each application.

Payment + Booth Confirmation

Once accepted, you’ll receive our “You’re In!” email with event details and payment instructions. A non-refundable $25 deposit is required to confirm your spot (this goes toward your total booth fee).

You can pay your booth fee in full at that time or split the balance, which is due no later than 30 days before the event (unless otherwise noted). Deposits are non-refundable for cancellations, no-shows, or penalties. Your booth is officially secured once payment is received.

As makers ourselves, we believe in transparency. Your booth payment helps bring HH MRKT to life by supporting the:

  • Venue rental & City of Wichita permits/licenses

  • Market team coordination & compensation

  • Marketing & promotions (print, digital billboards, social media, radio, TV, press, etc.)

  • Professional photography, videography, and drone coverage at select events

  • Live music, interactive elements, and curated food & beverage offerings at select events
